Dear Gooners, Friends of Goonerholicsforever.com, and Friends of the Willow Foundation:

As a number of our contributors are of an age to remember Arsenal’s first League and FA Cup Double in 1970/71, we released a series of 50th anniversary pieces about the Double during May 2021. These reminiscences include two conversations with double-winners Bob Wilson and Pat Rice about the season leading up to the League and FA Cup victories. We also auctioned off a number of signed items relating to the Double anniversary.

With this campaign we raised a significant amount of money for Bob’s charity, the Willow Foundation. Bob and his wife Megs set up Willow in 1999, in memory of their beloved daughter Anna. We continue to raise money for Willow; please make a confidential donation at any time, in any amount you can using our Willow donations page.

Thank you very much.
